post it notes

my daily tidbits to remember:
  • i must go to bed around 9-10pm the most
  • wake up at 6.30am; catch the bus at 8.05am
  • avoid skipping breakfast
  • eat healthy snacks like yogurt, tuna sandwich with veggies (any foods rich in omega3)
  • always prepare what to wear for the following day
  • limit usage of internet in browsing non-sense pages (actually this is hard for me to follow since i got broadband but i'll try :)
  • avoid RUSH!

it's about 10pm so i must jump to my nest now. hehe.. good night! ta-da!
