My own list to improve body image

For me, it is very important to have a good body image. It helps you boost your self-esteem and not only that, if we are conscious of how our body looks, we would probably achieve a healthy mind and body. Here is my own list that everyone can use on their daily routine to improve their body image:

  1. Be natural and be yourself. Stop comparing yourself to others.
  2. You are what you eat. Eat nutritious food and snacks for a healthy glowing skin. I prefer natural fruit juice - apple, carrot, pears, orange and celery. Believe me, this will make your skin supple and smooth.
  3. Exercise. If you don't have time, you can do exercise by walking or taking the stairs instead of a lift. Actually, i'm not taking any bus cat from train station in going to school .Anyway, its just a 5 minute walk (if i'm not late). hehe..
  4. Count your blessings, not your troubles. Think of the positive thoughts about yourself.
  5. Reward yourself. You can do this by having a new haircut, massage or shopping. I always buy a new top every weekend but for just 20 bucks. (kuripot!)hehe..
  6. Good friends, good times. Talk to your friends, see your loved ones and make an effort to have fun with them.
  7. Talk to yourself. Be proud of your traits and talents.
  8. Relax. By playing music that soothes your soul.
  9. Accept compliments. Thank the person giving it to you.

Learning to love yourself is the right path to achieve genuine happiness and body confidence. believe me! *wink*

i got my 'L' plate. wheeee!

I supposed to blog this yesterday but I was sooo tired when I get home. I ate my dinner, took a shower and I didn’t even bother to turn on my laptop. Good thing I slept early. By the way, “L” plate stands for Learner’s plate. Before you can learn to drive a car on the road, you must have a valid learner’s permit. I took the general theory test yesterday at Licensing Centre. There are 30 sets of questions and you need to get 27 points in order to pass. hee heee. I got perfect!

So yeah, I start my driving lesson tomorrow. I should stretch my confidence to drive on the road.
