sty please go away :-(

i have signs of a sty in my right eye lid and it was kinda annoying and painful :-(. Phil bought me some medicines from the chemist before it gets worst. I'm proud to say that whenever i'm sick, Phil always does something that really makes me feel much better. true! I still remember before when I had a fever, he sent me red roses to cheer me up and called me from time to time knowing that he was busy in the office. Thanks soo much babe. I really really appreciate your concern.
I do hope it will get better tommorrow. Now, I must go to bed and rest my eyes.

ta-da!

Do you drink tea?

Honestly, I don’t drink.

I went to the library this afternoon to return some books and borrow another set of books again. As usual before I leave, I always read my favourite Reader’s Digest. One article caught my interest is all about the benefits of TEA. I know that TEA especially green tea can help reduced the risks of a number of major chronic diseases, such as stroke, heart attack and cancers. But according to the Japanese researchers, it can also prevent dental plaque forming and kills some oral bacteria that can cause gum disease since tea contains fluoride. Well, this is a good news for me! Now, I will force myself to drink tea at least 2 cups a day to keep the dentist away. Hehehe..

So yeah, I must go to bed now I am sooo tired plus my arms are aching.

Goodnight everyone! Sleep well babe.

a brand new “ME”

These days I love my skin and body *conceited look*. Hahaha.. Well, the reason is that I discovered a skin care products which suits my needs. I’m a vain person actually, that’s why if ever I buy something especially for my face and body I spend a lot. Hmmm.. You know what I’m up to? I’m obsessed with “Biotherm” face and body care products and I’m proud to be a member. Wheee! Currently, I have their basic like cleanser, toner, moisturizer and exfoliant. And also, I enjoy using their body scrub – it makes your skin smooth and silky so say goodbye to dry, dull skin and say hello to a new you. Mind you guys even though expensive but worth it. Check their website for more details since they offer a range of stuff that will work perfectly with your type of skin.

Girls out there who are busy like me stressed by school and work, we need a little pampering every now and then. Bear in mind a beautiful makeup starts with beautiful skin.

My own list to improve body image

For me, it is very important to have a good body image. It helps you boost your self-esteem and not only that, if we are conscious of how our body looks, we would probably achieve a healthy mind and body. Here is my own list that everyone can use on their daily routine to improve their body image:

  1. Be natural and be yourself. Stop comparing yourself to others.
  2. You are what you eat. Eat nutritious food and snacks for a healthy glowing skin. I prefer natural fruit juice - apple, carrot, pears, orange and celery. Believe me, this will make your skin supple and smooth.
  3. Exercise. If you don't have time, you can do exercise by walking or taking the stairs instead of a lift. Actually, i'm not taking any bus cat from train station in going to school .Anyway, its just a 5 minute walk (if i'm not late). hehe..
  4. Count your blessings, not your troubles. Think of the positive thoughts about yourself.
  5. Reward yourself. You can do this by having a new haircut, massage or shopping. I always buy a new top every weekend but for just 20 bucks. (kuripot!)hehe..
  6. Good friends, good times. Talk to your friends, see your loved ones and make an effort to have fun with them.
  7. Talk to yourself. Be proud of your traits and talents.
  8. Relax. By playing music that soothes your soul.
  9. Accept compliments. Thank the person giving it to you.

Learning to love yourself is the right path to achieve genuine happiness and body confidence. believe me! *wink*
